Shark Micro-Fiber Steam Mop Pads, 2 Pack, XT3101

Excellent Easy Efficient Mopping! Sanitizes, too!
Of course, floor must be swept or vacuumed first, then this steam mop (Euro Pro Shark Steam Mop) really cleans up! (Sanitizes) It worked great for us on our vast expanse of tile flooring. Distilled water is recommended and is a good idea, so hard water, water softeners, etc, don't ruin the machine and its efficiency. Only holds a cup or so of water, but that cup did our large guest bath, entry area, and long hall. The pumping action of the handle as you work keeps the steam coming. Unbelievably easy to use, and it even removed wax residues from our tile! (We tried to wax glazed tile.) Only comes with 2 pads, so order more! (Pads wash up just fine in the washer/dryer, so use them even without steam, if needed!)

This is not a Shark product.
This is not a Shark product despite the title for this product. Used the pad and it gets the floor clean. Only problem is this pad has more friction when pushing forward compare to the original Shark pad. For example, with the original Shark pad I will be pushing forward at angle of 40 degrees. With the fake pad I will be pushing forward at angle of 15 degrees. Pushing at 15 degrees reduces the friction to similar friction as 40 degrees angle but at the same time I'm no longer standing. This fake pad is not worthwhile unless breaking your back is acceptable.

works as intended
These mop pads work as intended with the Euro Pro steam mop we purchased. The only thing I don't like about them is that the dirt never fully washes out. So after 1 use, they'll never be white again (and you can't use any bleach on them either, just an fyi, or it destroys the "microfiber properties" according to the insert). I wish they had been better designed with the unit though, to be reversed, because what you end up with is the front side catches all the dirt, and the back side ends up doing nothing. If they were actual rectangles, you could rotate them and use the other end too, but because of the steam mops construction and the "wings" on the back edge of the mop pads, you can't do that.
