Poor Fit for the Dyson DC16
Amazon was quick to ship and deliver the product. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The battery doesn't fit in our Dyson DC16. Hard as I tried, it would not enter the battery slot of the handheld vacuum. I gave up because I did not want to break the unit. The Dyson battery that came with the device fits just fine so I know the issue is not the vacuum. I would not recommend this as a replacement for the Dyson DC16 handheld vacuum battery.
Terrible replacement
Product barely fits into vacuum. It worked for 1 charge, and doesn't work anymore. Extremely disappointed with this product. Do not buy this item!
Saved my Dyson from the trash bin
Batteries are ultimately consumables and can be frustrating to find, buy and assure compatibility. This one did the job and saved me $200 for a new Dyson.
