standard product, good price
what can I say... it's a Kenmore water filter for half the price Sears wants. Decent shipping; no problems.
Beware of Counterfeit products
I would rather spend money in a Sears store and get the original filter. Package arrived on time as promised, but the package gave me worst feeling. Though wrapped up in a laminated sheet, the metallic cover on the filter seems absolutely shady.
My true review will be to get a real filter from Sears before you be fooled for cheaper cost situation.
Defective
product was sent to me. The foil top was loose and a black residue is on it. I will not put it in my fridge. I've purchased these direct from Sears for years and they were wonderful. The company that sent this to me will not cooperate in getting this returned to them.
