big mistake
I ordered this because I am handicapped, and my mother is getting older. First, I couldn't get the back off to get batteries in it. My brother finally did after much struggling. I put batteries in and now can't get it closed or opened so there is no way to know if it actually works. What a waste of money!!
Complete Junk!
I have an older version of this product that worked very well until it wore out. While this one looks essentially identical to the old one, it clearly is not anywhere near the previous one in terms of quality or performance. Even with fresh batteries it does not even have the power to cut completely around the can without bogging down.
Forget it
After trying to open one can, this thing failed to open it. Tried another with the same results. This thing is just a pile of junk that failed to open ANY can. Don't buy it save your cash.
